New Admin Rep on the Block

It has been a busy yet exciting first four days manning the telephone lines at Ottawa Student Windows. I have had the pleasure of speaking with so many wonderful clients to follow up on Responsibids for bookings, to answer any questions about the window and eavestrough cleaning services we offer, or to follow up with clients on their experience with our teams' work at their home.

Below are some frequently asked questions I have gotten over the phone these past few days:

How should I make my payment?

There are a couple of options available to our clients to make paying for the services rendered a hassle-free process. If you are home when the team is working, it is our preference to take payments in cash or cheque. If you are not , however, around, we will email you an invoice with the option to pay either by credit card or through email transfer.

Do I need to be home for the work to be done?

You do not need to be home for the service to be completed IF:

  • You are receiving either exterior only window cleaning, or eavestrough cleaning

  • There are no exterior screens on your windows OR you have removed the exterior screens prior to our arrival

If you have booked an interior and exterior window cleaning, we will only need you to be home for the interior portion of the service!
